We initially had our property on the market for sale with Matthew James at the beginning of 2019, however the market was a bit tough so we went down the rental route with their lettings department in the interim, they were also very good and found us a wonderful tenant. At the beginning of 2020 Julian Newton contacted me as he had registered some buyers who were looking for something very similar to our property and a one off viewing was organised, which proved successful. With Covid making an appearance the sale took a few highs and lows but finally completed today. Julian certainly knows his buyers and what they are looking for and without his forethought we wouldn't have sold our property and my buyers wouldn't have found. James kept me updated throughout the process, and liaised between with all parties keeping everything ticking along, this is something you don't get if you use an online agent. I certainly would highly recommend them. They are an independent estate agent and both Matthew & James (Directors) are in the office to make sure things run smoothly. Keep up the good work X.
